I'm on Skype at night, and Gchat/GTalk/G+chat all the time, although I don't use it much. A note: 99% of the time I'm invisible, so send me a message and if I answer... well, that means I'm there!
I check Twitter more than anything else, so the best way to reach/ping me if I don't seem to be there is @passcod.
I also hang about Mozilla's IRC, #js and #webdev mostly, and #jetpack these days as I'm building something with the Addon SDK.
I do have a Facebook profile, but I don't use it much, so trying that will probably not be helpful.
I'm also sometimes on freenode as jnh (usually #rubyonrails, #emberjs or #chef).
I'm spend most of my time working on (Java||Coffee)Script front-ends and Rails backends, although I'm starting to do a bit of node as well. I also do a lot of C and C++ coding for embedded projects.
I'm happy to answer questions when I can, so I'll keep and eye on this list.
