StackTrace / Don't consider requests local

Hi there!

Is there any way to configure the environment so that Rails considers
all requests "Non-Local"?

StackTraces are still visible to website visitors, while they shouldn't
be.

I'm using the latest version of Rails, in front I have lighty, pound and
mongrel. Mongrel is listening on localhost.
