I have another question:

I'm using Apach2 (preforks) + mod_rails for deploy my RoR app.

Ok, i changed the ownership of al files/dir of the RoR proyect to
www-data/www-data, and set 755 attr. (rwx,rx,rx)

Is it correct?

The RoR app works fine.
