Trac RSS feed - minor issue

Hello,

Now that Trac is working again, there is a minor issue with the RSS
feed that needs attention. The <link> tag near the beginning of the
feed looks like this:

<link>http://dev.rubyonrails.org//timeline</link>

Note the // before timeline. (If you can't see this with your
browser or RSS reader, try

curl http://dev.rubyonrails.org/timeline?format=rss | head

).

If someone could fix this, it would eliminate a lot of "No handler
matched request to //timeline" errors.
