belongs_to_auto_completer > undefined method `reflect_on_association'

hi, im using

ModelAutoCompleterHelper
(http://model-ac.rubyforge.org/classes/M … elper.html)

and getting the error above.

now its working when i do it direclty in the controller of that model.
eg: books & author > running the code in the books controller/.

where its not working is when i put it eg into a "search"
controller...i tried to pass in a instance variable, but that didnt
help...

any ideas?
