Hi folks,

I'm a new Mac user and new to RoR, just simply trying to navigate my
way through the Agile Web Development tutorial. I have been stuck for
over a day now trying to get my Mac set up properly so that i can
actually learn something.

I'm looking for someone who might be able to simply get ruby, rails,
rubygems, sqlite3 and mysql talking to each other nicely. My hope is
that i can use something like Goto Meeting or remote assistance and
record the session so i can understand the set-up. Please let me know
if you can help.

Many Thanks-

John

Why not use Robby Russells walkthrough: http://www.robbyonrails.com/articles/2010/02/08/installing-ruby-on-rails-passenger-postgresql-mysql-oh-my-zsh-on-snow-leopard-fourth-edition ? He does a great job, and when you're done, you have all you need.
