startup in Beijing. Can be relocated from anywhere in the world. I
am paying a $3000 USD referral fee for a successfully hired
candidate. Here is what we are looking for:
1. Ruby/ROR developer
2. Brainiac! The type that can solve an algorithm in their head just
to pass the time.
3. Team Players ONLY!!
4. BS or higher CS (related disciplines accepted)
5. Top University Grads get preference in interviews not hiring.
6. Enjoy a substantially lower cost of living from US or UK while
earning up to $120,000

1. No BS or higher CS degree
2. Several years of college but not a graduate
3. Am in the process of finishing a web site - all Ruby on Rails that
you can see for yourself... http://www.allasianmassage.com This was
entirely my efforts... not a team project. Of course most of this web
site is in the back end where there is a massive amount of data that the
user cannot see. I have done other Ruby on Rails projects including TDD
sites (the above is not TDD) but they were corporate intranet things and
not visible to the Internet.
4. I have a 'wife' that lives in Beijing and a visa application in
process for her to come to the US. I also have a current Visa for China
(visitors though - 60 days limit per visit).
