We currently have an opening for a Mid-Sr. Developer for our project
team in Washington, DC.
Though working with a team, you will be expected to handle full-cycle
development tasks. As such you need to be capable of interacting well
with a wide range of individuals from technical team to users to high-
level management.
Skills:
- 5+ years software development experience.
- 1+ years experience with Ruby / Ruby-on-Rails
- Ability to pick up new technologies quickly (we have several team
members who enjoy active membership in local user groups)
- Strong expertise and engagement throughout full SDLC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are imperative as
candidate will be expected to deliver with minimal direction.
- Good overall database skills.
- JavaScript and HTML experience is preferred.
- Python and/or other scripting technologies in addition to JavaScript
is desired.
- Ability to work independently, and work quickly on your feet.
