I can't seem to access the documents from the webpage.

Safari can't open the page "http://wiki.script.aculo.us/" because it
could not connect to the server "wiki.script.aculo.us".

Hopefully this issue is resolved. Is there anywhere else I can access
the documentation?

It's down for me too. I've grown used to not using the wiki due to it
typically being out-of-date, not to mention only covering the very,
very basics of usage. By checking out all the demos, you should be
able to find everything you need.

The script.aculo.us wiki seems to be down often. To me, "often" means
most of the times I try to reach it, it's down. Maybe the service is
better than I think and I happen to have very bad luck and check it
mostly on the days it's having trouble.

I notice that the site is hosted by stikipad.com. Most of stikipad is
also down. If I were the script.aculo.us maintainers, I would
consider moving to a different service provider. Maybe wikia.com?

Looks like you guys could use a good book [1] ;-)

Sure, thanks for the suggestion! Nothing like a little plug, eh?
Especially for a book you wrote. :)

Seriously, having that PDF or other other documentation on my laptop
would be a good idea. It would still be nice to have a reliable wiki
that we could all contribute to also.

This is the second time in three weeks that I've tried to get there
and it's been down. I find it frustrating that there is no mention of
any server problems on the main scriptaculous page, or for that mater
on stikipad's site. Speaking of them - I emailed them three weeks ago
about that problem, as well as a problem with a link to their support
forums in their 404 page, and I never heard back.

Here are some offline docs I came across. They are kind of old (June
'07), but they work in a pinch...

next time its up you might want to just pull down the whole thing w/
wget; i might do that now that you mention it, because ive also  noticed
its down frequently.
