I spent a while looking for something that used scriptaculous to
implement a custom scrollbar on a div in a web page before I finally
got around to implementing one that met my needs (like it used
scriptaculous and could be used in an Ajaxified environment), so I
thought I would share:

A while back I was looking for a script that would add custom
scrollbars to a div, rather than the standard browser scrollbars. I
assumed that script.aculo.us would have something but it didn't so I
ended up rolling my own. I though I would share:
