To support the very ambitious plans for our company, we need several additional enthusiastic Senior/Mid/Junior Rails developers to work in Vilnius office.

* Test driven development (TDD/BDD)

Requirements for candidates:

* Enthusiasm
* At least basic knowledge in technologies which we use (concerns Juniors)
* Communication in English skills - ability to present your ideas to a team
* Competent using Linux / OS X
* Experience with complex database design
* Flexible, committed and punctual
* Able to operate under pressure and meet deadlines
* Focus on frequent delivery of working systems

2. I guess CI and TTD is not working exactly right for you.

That's probably why they are looking for new developers :)

BTW, this crash probably is more related to the fact that they don't
have monitoring and/or automatic failover. CI and TDD doesn't help in
this case.
