I'm taking charge of the "Getting Started" guide

I'm taking charge of rewriting the Getting Started guide. I started where Ryan left and continued from there, following his recommendations. I plan on having the first draft done in the next 2-3 weeks. After that I will review and ask other people to review as well. My goal is to make it simple for beginners to understand the basics of Rails, and that'll require some additional rewriting as well. Feedback welcome.
