[ANN] Rails 3.0.5.rc1

Hi everybody!

I have donned my Pink Warrior outfit and done my first release of Rails.

I've pushed the 3.0.5.rc1 release candidate. Please download it and try
it out before I push the real release. Barring any critical bugs, I
plan to make the real release sometimes this weekend.

If you find problems specific to the 3.0.5 release candidate, please let

Is this a security release then or an new feature release? Seems to be a new feature release but I want to make sure. If this is a new feature release then should not the minor release
number increment?

This is a bugfix release only.

This looks annoying, but not critical. I'd like to add this to 3.0.6
rather than 3.0.5.
