Any website can have some downtime sometimes. That doesn't mean it
can't scale.

Now it is up, it was down yesterday around 10am AEST.

Yes they can have some downtime, but generally that should be notified by some kind of maintenance page. The "rubyonrails.org can't scale" was a jab to get the attention of people, not necessarily a statement reflecting my beliefs (which are the opposite)
