Hi Eranga,

Redmine is a great project. It's been used by many FOSS projects. You'd be
surprised to see where it pops up in the Internet.

I have used Redmine for about 2 years, and I'm happy to day it's one of the
best FOSS project management tools around. In the mere feature set and
looks Redmine beats the most popular alternative Trac hands down. It also
support a set of plugins. Internally you'll have the flexibility to define different
roles and basic workflows. E mail notification and repo browsing (which supports
a lot of SCMs) is also excellent. Just take it for a test run (I recommend running
the trunk/head) and try the plugins you like.

It sure will not fit for every use but for most regular stuff, Redmines a winner.
I have used it in at least two production setups (with a multitude of projects
using it) and it worked for me well. If you can get into the mode of it's generic
workflow things would be seamless.

Here's the link to the plugin list:

Also supports themes. There are couple of complete redesigns available and
also a couple of great looking themes.

I particularly like Squeejee and Basecamp themes.
