Google Groups - pending messages and no notifications

Hello everybody,

Maybe you don't know, but in order to avoid spam creeping this group
we setup approval of first message for this group. First message to
this group was about that:

http://groups.google.com/group/rubyinstaller/browse_thread/thread/9172e77f44a132b2?hl=en_US

However, we relied on Google Groups notifying the admins (which
includes me) about these pending messages.

Today, after almost a month got the first pending notification and
realized there was something like 10 messages in the queue waiting for
approval.

Please bear the flood of those messages, my responses and this email
can cause to your inboxes.

Also, those new members that just got responses to your question, two things:

First, want to apologize for making your questions wait and make you
feel bad about us ignoring you guys. Believe me was far from what I
wanted be your first experience with this group.

Second and not least important: welcome.

I wondered if any of us (I'm offering here) could help out with moderating posts?

I know this was a notification issue, but maybe more eyes would help you concentrate on the tasks we can't as easily help with.
