Hello,

You're attempting to install an old version of sqlite3-ruby gem.

sqlite3-ruby gem got renamed to just sqlite3 and recent versions do not require compilation (at least not for Ruby 1.9.3)

Simply do:

gem install sqlite3

And should install version 1.3.7
