vim with ruby 1.9.2 testing

For those using Vim/gVim v7.3 and wanting it to dynamically load RubyInstaller's msvcrt-ruby*.dll for scripting, test out http://gist.github.com/546039 and the http://groups.google.com/group/vim_dev/browse_thread/thread/a7375f6693554c5b thread for the tweaks to Vim's src/Make_ming.mak
