Nginx security advisories

There have been a number of Nginx security advisories recently [1] and a
few people have asked me if Rubygems.org needs to upgrade. We are running
Nginx 1.2.6, which is unaffected by any of the recent vulnerabilities so
there isn't a need to upgrade.
