October venue & topic

We talked last meeting about getting a better venue than a coffee shop, as well as having a talk on some pertinent topic.

Mike Sassak was willing to give an introductory talk on Cucumber -- does the offer still stand? In terms of venue, the biggest hitch is that I haven't made it the library yet to see if they have conference rooms available. I'm also going to talk to the Mango Languages guys in Farmington Hills to see if they'll let us use their conference room.

OK, we got permission to use the Mango Languages conference room in
Farmington Hills. Its near Middlebelt and Northwestern Highway. Does
that work for everyone?

Sounds good to me. I will be making it again this month. I also found
that runt isn't 1.9 compatible, and that could be a gem we could
tackle in one night.

You'd probably find that the folks at Epitec Group in Southfield would accomodate the group.  We have the Michigan Google Technology User Group meetings there.  It's a good location, with Internet and overhead projector available.  They are great supporters of user groups and would probably sponsor pizza and pop also.  Let me know if you want a contact or if you want me to help out with that.
