Optional parameters in the login url?

Hi.

I'm using the RubyCAS-Client plugin in a Rails project. When the login
is needed, I'm redirecting to a URL like this

http://cas_base_url/login?service=the_service

However, my client's says that the URL is missing a parameter, it
should be like this

http://cas_base_url/login?service=the_service&foo=bar

I haven't seen any way in the plugin to include/configure such an
optional parameter. Is it possible at all?

Hi.

I answer myself, the extra parameter is an addition of my client to
the server, not a standard feature, so obviously there's nothing
related in the plugin.
