Hi all,

First thank you Matt for writing and supporting this gem.

I have been using RubyCas Server in development mode for several months and it's working very well.  The only problem is in order for me to deploy to Production, I need to deploy with Trinidad and JRuby because I am required to use Oracle for production database.  Using Trinidad, I can use the Oracle JDBC driver.  I am having trouble configuring RubyCas Server to use Trinidad.

I use Rails for my applications and I have had success in deploying my Rails app using Trinidad.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks!
Tina

Haven't used it with the Oracle JDBC server, but have you tried it with just the regular Ruby Oracle adapter? I've heard from at least one user who reported using it with Oracle that way (in fact we shortened the table names a while back for Oracle compatibility).

No, right now system limitations would hamper using the Oracle OCI-8 driver, because it requires installation of the Oracle Client.

Sorry about double posting this topic -- I thought the post did not go throug the first time.  But I have more specific details about Trinidad in the later post.

Thanks,
Tina
