RubyAMF 2.0 not working with datamapper 
  Hi, I don't expect this to be a priority in the gem development, but I think datamapper does not work with it. I get "LocalJumpError no block given" when invoking "index". When I switch to ActiveRecord it works fine I'm using dm 1.2.0.rc2 btw.
