Ruby Ireland meetups for the 3rd Tuesday of every month?

Thanks to everyone who helped out organising last year and also those
who took the time to speak at our meetups.
One of things that would be good this year is to nail down a date in
the calendar that doesn't clash with other events and that we can
stick to on a regular basis. Last year I was a bit erratic with the
whole scheduling thing so I'll try to improve that in 2011!
It looks like the only free Tuesday is the third Tuesday of every
month. What do ye think? We are not necessarily tied to Tuesdays but
alternative slots don't seem to be much better.

the only problem I see with a fixed date is that potential speakers
might not be available; 'erratic' is also more flexible but I guess a
fixed day has more pros than cons.
