Because you can only hire people in whole units, :-), we have a hybrid
role that may be of interest to some people on this list.
Basically, we have a need for a straight up support person for
Ticketsolve. However, the role will not be all consuming. We expect
50% and less - especially if the new person can help us drive out some
of the inefficiencies we have right now!
We also have a need for more capacity in design and development. See
previous postings for a feel for the type of opportunity.

Basically, the person interested in this job would have support as a
priority but all other time would be focused on delivery and / or
design work as appropriate. The opportunity would exist for this role
to evolve into a full time role overtime.
Examples of the immediate development tasks that would exist:
- build maintenance and test automation - ( all ruby based
automation )
- integration of zendesk rest api into application
- any number of self contained feature additions
From a design perspective there really is no limit on the role
potential given that we have not found a full-time design person.
This role is probably best suited to somebody with a design /
development skill looking to get started in their career.
I know this mixed role is not ideal but given how hard it is to get a
foot hold into these types of role at the moment for somebody starting
out I figured it might of interest.
