Again, I have posted this at rubyjobs.ie but I did not have confidence
based on number of postings that it would be seen - hence the cross
posting here.

Would be interested in any suggestions where to post a job for
Interaction Designer - not something I am familiar with.

Interaction Designer
Ticketsolve is looking for a talented designer to join a small highly
talented team. Ticketsolve is developing a SaaS ticketing solution
that is going to change the current ticketing landscape. It enables
the venue / promoter / artist / team to have more control over their
ticketing, a direct relationship with their fans and integrate with
the growing number of channels available for ticketing from primary to
secondary to social media to fan sites. We have already had
significant early success with 40 current clients in the UK and
Ireland. These range from venues to ice rinks to football teams. We
are now focused on growing internationally and taking on larger
volumes and genres.

We are now looking to add to the team to help us work on this next set
of challenges as we grow our platform and customer base.

- Designing for web based consumer front end optimized around
simplicity and ease of use which maximizes sale conversion
- Designing for a Flex / Actionscript based backend optmized for speed

- Creating a rich desktop like experience for backend users
- Designing for personas ranging from online customer to point of sale
to boxoffice manager to marketing manager to general manager

General Skills
- Developing workflows, user task analysis, personas, interaction
flows / information architecture, low fidelity mock-ups,
navigational flows, and high fidelity prototypes.
- Experience in gathering and conducting user research
- Experience with usability testing

Specific skills that would be a big plus
- Experience designing for RoR / Web
- Experience designing for Flex / Actionscript
