Hi folks,

A couple of months back, we asked for contributions of news items and
opinions via the simple wiki http://bit.ly/ridraft

Finally, we have compiled it into a RubyIreland.com article at
http://rubyireland.com/the-ruby-ireland-shorts-april-brings

Thanks for the submissions! The only reason they were not published
sooner was that we were waiting for the server upgraded so that it was
much more responsive.

So please bring on more items for this month at http://bit.ly/ridraft

The document itself has been cleaned out for new news items - the
previous contents are preserved as a gist at https://gist.github.com/900472

If there's any points in this months Short's that you'd like to
discuss then please post 'em here!
