Hi folks,

The inimitable Jim Weirich will be teaching a Vital Rails course in
Manchester on 16th-18th May. This 3-day course is geared towards
getting people production-ready for building Rails applications and
will take attendees through the process of building, testing and
deploying an actual application. Jim Weirich is very active in the
Ruby community and has contributed to several Ruby projects, including
the Rake build system and the RubyGems package software. He has taught
many Ruby and Rails related courses over the years.

If you know of anyone who might be interested, more information can be
found at http://www.rebelcourses.com.

Thanks
Peter

Hello again :)

We have some new dates for the Vital Rails course: 8th-10th August. The course was put together in a collaboration between EdgeCase and Jumpstart Labs (of Hungry Academy fame). So both companies have a lot of experience of training people in Ruby on Rails.

If you know of anyone who might be interested, more information can be found at http://www.rebelcourses.com. Early bird prices through to June 15th. We also have a discount code (RUG100) that entitles user group members to a further $100 off.

Cheers,

The EdgeCase Team

EdgeCase? You mean "new context", right? ;-)

Ha ha, yes. I was working on the assumption that more people know about EdgeCase at the moment than know about New Context. Of course, Dublin is probably the other way about. :)
