Hey all,

Last year focused a lot on cross-developer meetups and things like
geekslam, which are great, but left less headspace to do Ruby meetups
for Ruby sake.

I was thinking it would be good to kick off with a social meetup in
February to get the pure Ruby buzz going and try to stick to a pattern
of doing this every month.

So I propose that we meetup at Against the Grain on Wexford St apres
work at 7pm on Tue 19th or Thurs 21st Feb?

Opinions on the date or location?

Ciao,
Dec

Thursday 21st?

Against the Grain is great too - good beers, really nice wine by the glass too and space

Hey Declan,

Against the Grain definitely has my vote, and preference for Feb 19th.

Either day suits me. I haven't been to Against the Grain before, does it suit presenting if we have something to present?

Cool. Tuesday it is. I'll put together a proper announcement now. And let's see if I can rustle up a surprise :)
