[patch] table-header-rows in openoffice throw the row counting off

If a print range with "rows to repeat" is defined in an openoffice
spreadsheet, the repeated rows are placed in a table-header-rows tag.
The rows within this tag should still be counted when moving the
cursor to find a specific cell.

I've uploaded 0001-ugly-patch-to-deal-with-header-rows-in-
openoffice.patch.
