I'm trying to use Roo on Heroku where I do not have write access to
the file system. Unfortunately Roo fails with 'Errno::EACCES:
Permission denied' around code like FileUtils::mkdir(@tmpdir) (Line
106 in excel.rb). Could ruby's TempFile class could not be used here
instead? Let me know your thoughts and I'll try a patch.
