Breaking Ground on Ruport 2

Just a heads up: I'm starting to experiment with the beginnings of Ruport 2.0.

Because I don't want to create confusion until I have a solid plan, I
have forked ruport/ruport. You can find the fork at:

http://github.com/sandal/ruport/

Everything I do there will be experimental, and you should use it
entirely at your own risk.
That having been said, please watch it and let me know what you think
as I reshape things.
