I've been programming for about 3 years now and primarily, i uses SmallTalk. 

I heard about this RoR and i bought a book about it as it looks interesting.

I manage to complete reading this booking and i can say that i know the basics of RoR.

Right now, I'm looking for a company that looks for a Junior Ruby On Rails Developer.
