Must be very experienced in Ruby on Rails and have good working
knowledge of developing on LAMP.
In-depth MySQL experience
Apache experience
AJAX familiarity a big plus
Object-Oriented experience
XML experience

Experience in basic web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) expected

Must be able to figure out programming solutions to system
requirements and ideally bring creative solutions to the issues at
hand. Must be able to work independently and keep on tasks and
deadlines
