OT Setting up a postfix email server

Hey everyone!

For some reason, I can't wrap my head around properly setting up a
mail server. Ive read Postfix documentation but most of the stuff
elude me. The one I have now works but I suspect a lot of it goes to
spam - plus the Microsoft mail servers (hotmail, msn) reject the
emails.

I hope someone out there can help me. :) Tried out #postfix in
freenode but they pretty much say RTFM - without being that rude.

If it's a big thing, I'm willing to pay. Not sure if it just takes 5
minutes to see what's wrong or half a day of setup :)
