Creating simple folder output

I am quite happy creating executables and installers for my Ruby
applications, but I'd like to be able to create a simple folder which
I can then zip and distribute (I think it would be best for me to
distribute an installer and a zipped folder; the single-file exe
extraction is relatively slow and not really necessary).

This folder would contain exactly what is put into the installer - a
small exe, my source files and the copy of the Ruby installation.

Is this possible with the current Ocra (or easily hackable)?

very much for implementing that - it is nice and easy to do!

I managed to work it out, though it is perhaps not the easiest way. I
first created an installer, then ran that with "/silent /dir=c:/
extracted_path/" and deleted the uninstall files. This then gives me a
folder which I can distribute, which also openly includes all source
code, without needing it to extract to the tmp dir.
