Folks,

Another talk that I'd be happy to do is about Building cross platform
mobile apps with Rhodes (http://rhomobile.com/products/rhodes) it is
an open source framework that allows you to publish to multiple
platforms, creating native apps. Much of the development is ruby and
erb based and is pretty cool. I believe that Hampton Catlin has been
using it for some of his work with wikipedia mobile project.

Anyway, I've been looking at the framework for a client and as I'm
planning to delve further into the framework I could document this for
a talk.

Off the top of my head:

What Rhodes is, where to get it, and how you work with it
Compiling down to native apps, and feature set of the framework
Building a simple mobile app
Resources to get you going ..

If this is interesting to people I could do this talk, if its more
interesting than my ruby-processing proposal then I could swap out for
that and make this a longer talk - or someone else can if they are
interested.

Cheers,
Jase.

I'd like to see the part of building a small app with it. It would
also be cool to know how they manage the compilation to different
platforms and if this means it has limitations on stuff you can do
with it.
