Hi, please accept this patch to configure.in that makes the default
vendor dir "${libdir}/ruby/vendor_ruby", instead of
"${prefix}/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby", to match the behaviour of site_dir.

This patch also corrects the configure --help output for site_ruby.

This patch is against the 1.8.7 branch, but should apply to 1.8 and
trunk as well.
