bounty offered for RAD plugin creation

To any experienced C++ or RAD plugin authors out there,

I would like to offer a bounty for the first person to convert this
MIDI library into a RAD plugin:

I don't know exactly what the bounty will be, but I can promise
something awesome (possibly in the form of hardware).

None of the current RAD plugins take on class-oriented C++ code like
this and my C++-fu is still way too weak to understand enough to dive
into it myself.

Any takers? First one to send me a diff containing a working plugin
either on this list or as pull request on GitHub takes the prize...
