It's true - after 2 years of no activity I finally found a spare
evening to devote to rtGui and release a new version, partly inspired
by posts in the last few weeks.

Don't expect too much, but new features are:
* Filter by tracker group
* Sort by last modification date of file/dir.
* Total number of torrents (at end of list)
Future plans still a complete rewrite with the idea of using a
template system for the HTML so it would be easy to change the layout
(for smartphones/pads/etc/etc).

There was a bug in 0.2.8 - when a torrents' data had been deleted but
the torrent was still active in rTorrent, an error would be displayed
indicating it could not perform the filectime() function.
Release 0.2.81 fixes the problem.
