  I&#39;m using rssdler to scan a torrent feed, and it&#39;s downloading the torrents &lt;br&gt; fine, but it&#39;s creating them with permissions that doesn&#39;t allow any other &lt;br&gt; user or group to read them (-rw------- 1 pi pi). I have tried setting the &lt;br&gt; GID(?) bit on the folder by using chmod g+s, and it works fine for all &lt;br&gt; files currently in the folder, but any new files get the &amp;quot;600&amp;quot; permissions

  It is weird, because with the RSS feed with a ttl of 10, and scanMins &lt;br&gt; at 11 I still get the warning. &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;Does rssdler assume that the RSS ttl or scanMins is in seconds? &lt;br&gt; &lt;p&gt;I can&#39;t seem to figure out a way to fix this.

(Would the ifTorrent postDownloadFunction be another &lt;br&gt; solution for this?).

  well, when you add a new feed/filter, you could run it with the noSave option, &lt;br&gt; and then all torrents that would&#39;ve been downloaded are not, and are &lt;br&gt; remembered as not to be downloaded. &lt;br&gt; Alternately, you could have rssdler save if to a safe location that won&#39;t be &lt;br&gt; picked up by other software, use a postDownloadFunction to check the date on

  First of all, it looks like you are running rssdler as root. Don&#39;t do that! &lt;br&gt; Secondly, is /opt/local/bin in your $PATH? On the command line, do: &amp;quot;echo &lt;br&gt; $PATH&amp;quot; and see what is there, or write back here with the output if you don&#39;t &lt;br&gt; understand what I&#39;m getting at.
