Repeater Site Cleanup, Saturday, 10/24/09

Greetings,

As we discussed at our last club meeting, we will have a repeater site
work day next Saturday, 24 October 2009, on site at 9:30 AM. The
extended weather forecast for next Saturday looks cool, but good.
Following are some tasks we should try to take on:

1. Cut brush from around the shack, tower base, and guy wires.

2. Install a new door on the shack.

3. Install new feedline to the repeater antenna, using the club's
spool of LMR-400 (will need about 150 feet I think).

Please let me know if you will be able to come help with any of these
tasks.

We especially need volunteers for purchasing, hauling to the site, and
installing the new door; and someone (Peter or Nathan?) to climb the
tower to install the feedline.

The first priority will be to take care of the brush cutting, and it
would be good if we could do at least one of the other tasks too.
