[Rqtl-announce] R/qtl version 1.15-15

A new version of R/qtl (1.15-15) has been released at its web site
(http://www.rqtl.org). Compiled versions should appear on the R
archive (CRAN) within a couple of days.

The major change: we have incorporated Ritsert Jansen's MQM method
into R/qtl (thanks to Danny Arends and Pjotr Prins). See the MQM
tutorial at http://www.rqtl.org/tutorials/MQM-tour.pdf

Other changes are listed at http://www.rqtl.org/STATUS.txt
