Can anyone tell me why my users get logged out after 15 of so minutes?

Really annoying me this, so any pushes or kicks in the right
direction
greatly appreciated.

This is not related directly to Janrain Engage as it is not involved
with your site or it's visitors after authentication is complete.
It is likely the session lifespan is set to this duration on your
webserver or that there is a script in your site implementation that
kills sessions after this duration.

We have resolved this for information we set the token to renew every
10 minutes, I have had to change this to a longer time period as they
where not validating. I think this is due to the username being case
sensitive.

Thanks

It might help to know if this is a CMS or custom coded website.

We use a CMS from web-labs.co.uk that involves a lot of custom code.

The problem is resolved now and I think it was due to us storing the
username from the 3rd party log-in in a field that wasn’t case
sensitive, then sending the username to a cookie to try and validate
the user (which contained a non case sensitive username and would not
validate) was still on our site.
