netcom installed on Sony P (US version) with XP

Hi,

Installed netcomm on Sony P with XP. XP rebooted after installation.
Now on login screen XP is stuck, mouse can not be moved. Only power
switch works to swich off. Any suggestions? Have not tried yet to
start in safemode and see if I can login...if possible shall I try to
de-install....or any other good suggestions what to check and to do?

Maybe it is because of specific hardware?
To uninstall you can reboot in safe mode and uninstall program through
control panel.

I did, uninstall is no problem. But it would be great what to look for
to judge if there is a workaround...if it is H/W or S/W
incompatibility? Any suggestions how to troubleshoot the cause for
this? All my other machines use W7prof 64bit...what i was reading on
forum is that W7 is not supported yet...correct?

Unfortunately I can't help. I don't have any Sony P series computers.
Windows Vista/7/any 64 bit Windows doesn't supported.
