• Experienced in a *variety of elicitation techniques, including
but not limited to: 1-1 interviews and facilitated sessions*
• Experienced in *requirements modeling, including but not limited
to: business process flows (swimlanes), context diagrams, event response,
state diagrams, etc. *
• Proven ability in managing scope of requirements
• Ability to *identify key stakeholders*
• Ability to *organize and prioritize requirements*
• Excellent requirements documentation skills - *requirements
follow structured flow; requirements are clear, unambiguous and written in
natural language. *
• Able to *identify* *business rules and data needs from analysis
of elicitation materials.*
• Can easily *identify assumptions, dependencies and constraints *
• Manages *requirements validation process, establishes defect
logs and follows-up on all issues*
• Can provide *traceability of requirements through project
lifecycle including design and testing*
*General Skills *
• Ability to work *independently with minimal supervision*
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to *manage multiple priorities*
• Strong *collaboration skills and ability to manage relationship
with business, IT, TCOE, and project leadership stakeholders*
• Ability *to work within a team of BAs and share project
learnings and experience*
*Additional Skills* - Helpful but not required
• Knowledge of *annuities or investment products*
• Knowledge and *experience with TQMS (total quality management
