I am planning to DISABLE the output option "Deep Parsing", as it seems
to be more trouble than it is worth.
The primary use of this option was for situations where an mpeg file
had been encoded with the wrong Aspect ratio, and ALSO had Sequence
Headers at random within packs.
Since this is an unusual situation, I hope that I can disable this
facility without impacting people too much.
On the bright side, this should allow me to release a new Alpha
version, for the first time in over a year, which will have a number
of other bug fixes.
