He doesn't post any details or anything specific?? Should we create a user page and move it there as an unsubstantiated attack???

1) It certainly looks to be a nebulous and unsubstantiated claim, the IT
equivalent of "the food was cold and tasted of rubber."

2) More interestingly, I'd say the origin of the comment probably
doesn't matter that much... while BlueTie is technically a local
company, much of their business is definitely not local to Rochester.

I'm left with plenty of questions for the comment, and not a lot of
answers for what to do with it. I mean, really FredRcom, your clients
are paying you to provide a service, not to complain about how your
service sucks because you're wasting time complaining instead of
switching vendors... but I digress. :-) -rt
