I'd like the community's consideration on this recent post at KFC. Please pardon the language and caps--it's a direct cut n paste.

 

Proposal: I'd like to move this to her user page--it's nearly unreadable and doesn't even mention which location this is for.

 

2012-10-13 23:22:59   WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! SERVICE SOO BAD I WENT THRU GETTING AN ACCT HERE TO VENT MY ANGER!. WE WAITED IN DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 20 MIN TONIGHT...WAS TOLD THE WAIT WOULD BE 4 MINS FOR THE APPLE PIES WE ORDERED....WORKER COMES BACK AFTER 5 MINS TO SAY THEY RAN OUT OF CHICKEN BITES COULD THEY REPLACE WITH POPCORN CHICKEN...WE SAY "FINE"....COMES BACK ABOUT 5 MINS LATER TO ASK IF THE COULD OFFER US GREEN BEANS OR MAC AND CHEESE IN PLACE OF OUR ORDER FOR WEDGES....WE SAY "NO" SHE SAYS WELL IT WILL BE ANOTHER 4 MINS...KEEP IN MIND 10 MINS HAVE PASSED ALREADY...SO WE PULL INTO A PARKING SPOT WHERE WE WAITED ANOTHER 10 TO 15 MINS. FINALLY SOMEONE BRINGS OUR ORDER OUT....I ASK HER IF THEY GAVE ANYTHING EXTRA FOR THE LONG WAIT..SHE SAYS "I DONT KNOW- I'M OFF THE CLOCK-THEY JUST ASKED ME TO BRING THIS TO YOU". OK WE GET HOME (ABOUT A 10 MIN DRIVE FROM THEM) FIRST THING WE NOTICE....2 OF THE PIES ARE MISSING...I CALL ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER...A VERY YOUNG SOUNDING FEMALE SAYS SHE IS THE MANAGER (I HEAR LAUGHTER IN THE BACK GROUND) SHE SAYS SHE WILL PUT U DOWN IN THE BOOK FOR THE MISSING ITEMS. OK DURING MY CALL TO THEM MY FAMILY HAS STARTED TO GO OPEN UP BOXES TO SERVE THEMSELVES....AS SSON AS I GET BACK IN THE ROOM...I HEAR..."THE BISCUITS ARE HARD".....THE CHICKENS NOT EVEN WARM" AND "THERE IS WHITE STUFF FLOATING IN THE GRAVY"...OMGGG....OK I DONT CARE ABOUT THE CHICKEN NOT BEING WARM...GO HEAT IT UP BUT I LOOK AT THE BISCUITS AND THE GRAVY AND SURE ENOUGH ...ONE IS HARD THE OTHER HAS WHITE STUFF FLOATING IN IT...SO I LEAVE THE ROOM CALL BACK AGAIN...ASK TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND THIS TIME A MALE ANSWERS....I GO ON TO SAY WE WERE AT HIS PLACE A LITTLE WHILE AGO....EXPLAINED I HAD JUST CALLED ABOUT MISSING PIES AND JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHY THE BISCUITS SEEMED OLD AND COULD HE TELL ME WHAT THE WHITE STUFF IS THATS FLOATING IN THE GRAVY??...WELL HE STARTS RANTING "THOSE BISCUITS ARE FRESH I JUST TOOK THEM OUT THE OVEN...I WAS LIKE SIR IF YOU SAW WHAT WE ARE LOOKING AT RIGHT NOW YOU WOULDNT THINK SO...THEY ARE COLD, HARD, AND HAVE CRUMBLED ALL IN THE BOX (CLEARLY NOT FRESH) HE STARTS OFF FIRST WITH A "WHATEVER" I SAY "EXCUSE ME? YOU ARE A MANAGER AND YOU REPLY WITH A "WHATEVER" HE STARTS CURSING AND THROWING A FIT...."I SAY WOW! I CAN TELL YOU I WILL NOT COME BACK TO YOUR BUSINESS! "HE GOES "WELL DONT"! I SAY YOU ARE RUDE! "YOU CAN BET I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE ABOVE YOU ON THIS MATTER" HE SAYS "SO AND WHAT DO YOU THINK THATS GOING TO DO? NOT LIKE I'M GOING TO LOSE MY JOB".......SO OK...I'M LIVID RIGHT NOW!!! I ASK FOR HIS NAME....HE GOES "BITCH LOOK DO WHATEVER YOU WANT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS" AND HUNG UP!......I AM TOTALLY IN SHOCK!!!!!!THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!! I WANT TO SHOUT STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO GIVE IT AWAY TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!! WARNING ROCHESTER......TRY ANOTHER LOCATION!!!! I have half a mind to offer to go in and de-capify it.  It actually would almost be a potential useful comment if it were a) not in all caps, b) about 1/3 as long, and c) actually specified which location it was. 

I think really it's the caps that bothers me the most -- even more than forgetting to say which location it was.

Nothing is stopping you from de-capifying it and posting the translation as yourself. Something along the lines of:

As long as the original stays visible, that's all I care about. Let's give credit where its due (ie stupidity of the original poster)
