I think we have a case of one or maybe two people signing up under
different names and blasting Isaac's complaint. The last person to
post, MissAnnon, claims to be a customer but has the same IP as
WilliamWallace, one of the first people to attempt to delete Isaac's
comments. JessicaConte admitted to trying to delete the comments
multiple times because she didn't know the rules, but I have a feeling
the owner might be setting up fake accounts and filling the page with
praise. Any thoughts? Anything we can do about it if it becomes more
of a problem?

Additionally, they all sound pretty much the same and the latest
comment (supposedly posted by Katie but under Amanda's name about how
Amanda is a customer who was stopping by and was appalled and
commented, etc etc) is pretty suspicious.

First let me say good work on keeping an eye on the situation; it's
important that someone tries to keep things civil and organized. As
with most disputes of this nature on the wiki, I imagine that it will
cool off in a day or two, at which point we can try to make sense of
it all and sort out what's meaningful and what isn't. I wouldn't
bother spending a lot of time trying to sort that out now, while the
disagreement is still going on. The only thing I would try to do, and
which you have been doing a good job of, is informing people of the
rules of the wiki (mainly not deleting comments) and of how they can
be identified (thru IP addresses). As long as anyone who is
participating is aware of those things, then I say just let them have
at it till it blows over.

Sounds good! I hope he/she/they realize(s) how pathetic their IP
excuses are...at this point, I don't care if Isaac is telling the
truth or not...the conduct of these few people (or person) is enough
to make me question the company :-/ I hope things clear up soon like
the past situations that were like this.

Rachel, I think you're doing the right thing, too.

The IP address for Miss Anon, Katrina and Amanda all map back to the
same residental Road Runner address, so their claims of "working" at
the same place is pretty f'in suspicious.

Wikipedia will lock down a page if/when there are problems like this.
They post a note saying that the page is locked down and is being
reviewed for a few days. I guess I don't know if something like that
would mesh with rocwiki since we don't really have an admin group like
they do.

I don't have any reason to doubt that Andrew is who he says he is -
why would anyone bother to post if they weren't?

I think we should leave the page as is. It is a Talk page, talk pages
are where we hash out problems, and if there's a little dirty laundry
showing, there's also evidence that members of the community won't
tolerate b.s. comments.
